How do I book with You?
Fill out the Contact Form – Head to my “Contact” page and share a bit about the session you're interested in. Include your preferred date, session type, and any special requests you have.
Consultation & Availability – Once I receive your message, I'll check my availability and get back to you. We can chat via email or schedule a quick call to confirm all the details and make sure everything is perfect.
Invoice for Confirmation – After we've confirmed the details, I’ll send you an invoice for the deposit. Once your deposit is received, your session will be officially booked!
Final Payment & Prep – The final deposit is due one week before your session. Once that’s received, I’ll send you a final confirmation email with all the details to get ready for your shoot. Then it’s time to get excited!
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, and I completely understand! If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to find another date that works for both of us. Rescheduling fees may apply depending on how close the session is to the original date.
What If the weather is bad on the day of my session?
If you’ve booked an outdoor session and the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll discuss options to reschedule or take the session indoors (if available). Your comfort and experience are important, so I’ll work with you to find the best solution!
Can I bring my pet to the shoot?
Absolutely! I love including pets in family or couple sessions. Just make sure to let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Some locations may have pet restrictions, so we’ll confirm that before the shoot.
Do you charge travel fees?
I do charge travel fees outside Lubbock, TX.
20-50 miles: A moderate fee (e.g., $50-$100)
50+ miles: A larger fee (e.g., $100-$200 or more)
If I am traveling far enough that I need to stay overnight, there will be costs including the cost of accommodations, meals, and any other related expenses (e.g., parking). This will be in addition to the travel fee.
What if I need an additional photographer for my wedding?
I offer second shooter options for weddings, especially for larger events. This helps capture more moments from different angles. Just let me know if you’re interested, and we can discuss the details!
What should I wear for my session?
I always recommend choosing outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident. Stick to solid colors or simple patterns, and try to avoid logos or overly busy designs. I also suggest coordinating with your session partner or family, but not matching exactly.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
After your session, I typically deliver your edited photos within 1-4 weeks. I’ll send you a link to an online gallery where you can download and share your photos. Weddings and larger events may take a bit longer, but I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
